Exchanges

  • We have a 07-day exchange policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds in case of damages and issues

  • We can accept returns for damaged or defective products only.
  • These returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
  • Note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been used.
